You are dynamic, well-positioned and a team player. You would like to work in a ski and snowboard school for one or more seasons? You are able to work under pressure and keep an overview even in stressful situations? You are able to inspire our guests for snow sports?

The Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Sörenberg employs about 100 instructors in winter and offers ski and snowboard lessons for beginner to expert levels. We are located in a very family-friendly ski area and our strongest pillar is the half-day group lessons for children. We offer you an interesting, versatile and varied activity on the snow, regular free trainings and an open, collegial and motivated team and working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Giving group and private lessons at different levels (from Monday to Friday and on weekends).
• Assistance at various events (e.g. guest races, ranking ceremonies, etc.)

Prerequisites:

• Minimum completed Kids Instructor or J+S basic course in skiing or snowboarding
• Great pleasure in dealing with children
• Enthusiasm for snow sports
• High empathy, creativity and motivation
• Good communication skills as well as customer friendliness
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience
• Language skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)
