Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The Sörenberg Ski and Snowboard School is not liable for accidents during lessons, on tours, during exams and competitions.

Reservation

Booked courses such as private and class lessons or special courses are always binding. Verbal/telephone agreements as well as registrations online or by email are considered confirmed reservations.

For private lessons, we take the credit card number when booking and deduct the amount due from the specified card immediately after recording the lesson. 

Please make your reservations early so that we can fulfill your wishes. After registration, we will send you a booking confirmation. 

Group Lessons

Group lessons will be held provided the minimum number of participants is reached. If this group size is not reached, groups of similar ability will be combined, or the lesson time will be reduced.

Please direct any complaints regarding lessons directly to the instructors or the school management.

Lesson Tickets

Tickets for the Sörenberg Ski and Snowboard School are personal and non-transferable.

Refunds

Courses that cannot be attended or only partially attended due to accident or illness will be refunded in full or in part upon presentation of a medical certificate. The rate per day or half-day serves as the basis for calculation.

No refunds will be given if lessons are cancelled due to force majeure such as storm, risk of avalanche, failure of mountain railways, etc.

Cancellation of booked courses:

If a participant cancels their booked course, the following costs will be charged:

• Up to 7 days before the start of the course: free of charge
• 7 days to 48 hours before the start of the course: 50% of the course costs
• Less than 48 hours before the start of the course: 100% of the course costs

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Safety

Lessons will take place in all weather conditions as long as safety is guaranteed. Participants must adhere to the general safety rules and the instructions of the teaching staff.

Image Material

Image material taken during lessons or at the end of the race may be used for print products, the online presence or social media. It is possible that individual people may be clearly recognisable. The course participant agrees to the use of the images.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering for our services, the guest confirms that they are aware of these provisions.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, the place of jurisdiction is Flühli.
