General Terms and Conditions Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Sörenberg
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The Sörenberg Ski and Snowboard School is not liable for accidents during lessons, tours, tests and competitions.
Reservation
Booked courses such as private and class lessons or special courses are always binding. Verbal/telephone agreements and online or e-mail registrations are considered firm reservations.
In the case of private lessons, we take the credit card number when the reservation is made and debit the amount due from the specified card immediately after it has been entered.
Please make your reservations in good time so that we can fulfill your wishes. We will send you a booking confirmation after you have registered.
Group lessons
Group lessons are held with the declared minimum number of participants. If this group size is not reached, groups of a similar size will be combined or the lesson time will be shortened.
Please address any complaints regarding lessons directly to the teachers or the school management.
Class tickets
Sörenberg Ski and Snowboard School tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Reimbursement
Courses that cannot be attended or can only be partially attended due to accident or illness will be refunded in cash in full or in part upon presentation of a medical certificate. The rate per day or half-day serves as the basis for calculation.
No refunds will be made if lessons are canceled due to force majeure such as storms, avalanche danger, breakdown of the mountain railroads, etc.
Cancellation of booked courses:
If a participant cancels their booked course, the following costs will be charged:
- Up to 7 days before the start of the course: free of charge
- 7 days to 48 hours before the start of the course: 50% of the course costs
- less than 48 hours before the start of the course: 100 % of the course costs
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Security
As long as safety is guaranteed, lessons will take place in all weathers. Course participants must adhere to the general safety rules and the instructions of the teaching staff.
Image material
Images taken during the lesson or at the end of the race may be used for print products, online presence or social media. It is possible that individual persons may be clearly recognizable. The course participant agrees to the use of the images.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
By registering for our offers, the guest confirms that he/she is aware of these provisions.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Flühli.
