General Terms and Conditions Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Sörenberg

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The Sörenberg Ski and Snowboard School is not liable for accidents during lessons, tours, exams and competitions.

Reservation

Booked courses such as private and class lessons or special courses are always considered binding. Verbal/telephone agreements as well as registrations online or by mail are considered firm reservations.

Bei Privatlektionen nehmen wir bei der Reservation die Kreditkartennummer auf und buchen direkt nach der Erfassung den fälligen Betrag von der angegebenen Karte ab.

Tätigen Sie Ihre Reservationen bitte frühzeitig, damit wir Ihre Wünsche erfüllen können. Nach der Anmeldung lassen wir Ihnen eine Reservationsbestätigung zukommen.

Group lessons

Group lessons are held from the declared minimum number of participants. If this group size is not reached, groups of similar strength will be combined or the lesson time will be shortened.

We kindly ask you to address any complaints regarding lessons directly to the teachers or the school management.

Tuition tickets

The tickets of the Ski and Snowboard School Sörenberg are personal and non-transferable.

Refund

Courses which cannot be attended or only partially attended due to accident or illness will be refunded in cash in full or in part upon presentation of a medical certificate. The tariff per day or half day serves as the basis for calculation.

In case of cancellation of lessons due to force majeure such as storm, avalanche danger, breakdown of the mountain railroads, etc., no refund will be made.

Cancellation of the booked courses:

If a participant cancels his/her booked course, the following costs will be charged:

Bis 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn: kostenlos
7 Tage bis 48h vor Kursbeginn: 50% der Kurskosten
weniger als 48h vor Kursbeginn: 100 % der Kurskosten

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Security

As long as safety is guaranteed, classes will take place in all weather conditions. The course participants have to follow the general safety rules as well as the instructions of the teaching staff.

Image material

Footage taken during the class or at the race send-off can be reused for print products, the online presence or social media. There is a possibility that individual persons are clearly recognizable. The course participant agrees to the use of the images.
