Applications
We process personal data about applicants to the extent necessary to assess their suitability for an employment relationship or for the subsequent execution of an employment contract. The required personal data results in particular from the information requested, for example in the context of a job advertisement. We also process the personal data that applicants voluntarily provide or publish, in particular as part of cover letters, CVs and other application documents as well as online profiles.
Notifications and messages
We send confirmations, notifications, messages and newsletters by e-mail and SMS. For this purpose, we record your cell phone number and e-mail address when you book.
You can easily revoke your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe function in the newsletter sent to you. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. We use the data exclusively for sending our newsletter.
Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in e-mails sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. In this way, statistical evaluations can be created and the success or failure of online marketing campaigns can be assessed. With the help of embedded tracking pixels, we can recognize whether and when an e-mail was opened by you and which links you clicked on in the e-mail.
We also use your child's date of birth to send direct marketing emails for bookings. We always send the emails via the parents' email address provided in the booking process. You can object to this use at any time with effect for the future.
The personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by us as the controller in order to optimize the sending of the newsletter and to better adapt the content of future newsletters to your interests. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties. You are entitled to revoke the separate declaration of consent given via the double opt-out procedure at any time. After you withdraw your consent, we will delete this personal data. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is automatically interpreted as a withdrawal of consent.
We use the "NumBirds" service provided by Sport und Tourismus Digital Services GmbH, 6020 Innsbruck, Brixner Straße 3/3 to create the newsletter. In order to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data, we have concluded a processing agreement with the company.
However, the contact details remain necessary for notifications and communications in connection with our activities and operations, such as short-term changes to course dates and emergencies.
We send confirmations and notifications with the help of Waldhart Software.
